I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of
single-family residences, ranches and vacant land in and around the
towns of Woodland Park, Florissant, Divide, Guffey, Lake George,
Hartsel, Victor, Cripple Creek and surrounding mountain areas. I
stay current on all transactions in these areas, and I also
understand the needs and requirements related to buying or selling
rural mountain property. I have been in and around the real estate industry in our area since 1994. I have a firm background in mortgages and have built several homes from the foundation up. These experiences and qualifications all help me provide you with the greatest amount of information, whether you're buying or selling! I'm a Texas native, having relocated to our area in 1993. As a child, I always dreamed of living in the mountains. When I moved to Colorado in 1993, that dream finally came true. I've spent the last seventeen years here in the Park/Teller/Fremont County area and love it! It's easy to be excited about an area that you care so much about, so I find it very rewarding to work with folks who call our area their home and I also really enjoy showing our mountains to folks thinking about making that same move that I did!
